APPLICATION :

The low temp. incubator finds use in BIOLODY, BOTANY, ZOOLOGY, OCEANOGRAPHY, WATER POLLUTION.

SEWAGE, AGRICULTURE AND FOOD RESEARCH LABORATORIES.  Designed to maintain constant temp.

for use in making standard BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand)

determinations on water and sewage and for microbiological experiments. Arrangement for heating and cooling of temp. from 50 C to 500 C at normal room temp. with control accuracy

 of + 0.50 C.

 

CONSTRUCTION :

This is a double walled cabinet insulated with 75mm thick superfine glass wool in between interior and exterior Out chamber is made of mild steel and painted in white.  The inner chamber of is made up of aluminium and is supplied with three removable perforated shelves.   Full view inner glass door allows inspection of samples.  Outer metal door with Magnetic gasket and lock and key with inner illumination when opened with a door switch. 

 

OPERATION :

Temperature is controlled by a digital controller cum temp. display with sensitivity of 0.50 C with temp. setting facility and ensures accurate temp. controls.  The evaporator coil, vitrous enameled heating element and the sensor and placed inside the chamber.  The hermitically sealed compressor along with fan cooled condenser coil are placed below the working chamber.  Available with automatic high voltage & low cut off with built in voltage stabilizer. 

 

CONTROL PANEL :

Control Panel at the top of the cabinet with main indicator switch with cold and hot indicators and voltmeter and with LED display with setting knobs.

Extra arrangement at additional cost :

  1. Inside chamber shall be made of stainless steel.
  2. Interior illumination with floursecent tubes with separate ON/OFF Switch. 
  3. Time Switch 0-24 hours for regulating inner illumination.
  4. Built in voltage stabilizer.
