The SCA Model  SHEET FORMER is intended for producing laboratory sheets for physical sheets.  The SCA Sheet Former is easy to install in a laboratory bench.  The design of the dewatering vessel provides a uniform flow across the entire wire, thus, permitting exceptionally uniform sheets.

Also available in a Model which corresponds to the TAPPI Standard.

 trimmed to 200 cm²  (TAPPI :0-159 mm)

• Grid  Plate with wire no 100 according to ASTM and

            suppot wire (TAPPI Wire No. 150 )

• Stock container and dewatering vessel of stainless steel.

ACCESSORIES :

Drier plates.  170 mm diameter (TAPPI 0-159 mm)  of 0.5 mm stainless steel sheet, mirror polished on one side.

Drier rings of thermosetting plastic, stockable, for 170 mm drier plates (TAPPI  0-159 mm), perforated all around with 15 mm holes to allow conditioned air to flow through. 

Laboratory blotter, 170 mm diameter (TAPPI 0-159 mm) , in batches of 200 sheets.
