This is a versatile micro-controller based PID Controller with a very high performance. This instrument is made in 96x96x200 mm size with standard cut out of 92x92 mm.Front is sealed membrane type to with stand dusty environment.  On back plate, PCB soldered 35 deg. Angled terminals of very good quality are used.

Calibration :

 Zero and span of process variable, remote set point and valve position are  adjusted by digital calibration

 through front panel keys.  No trim pot. 

Control :

 Set, Digit shift, Increase, Decrease and Enter keys for configuration, operation, programming and

calibration.  With the Digit shift key individual digit can be changed directly, so data can be changed

fast instead of normal increment /decrement keys.  Data access level programmable for operator

level / supervisor level by DIP switch at back. 

Data lock provision by DIP at back to avoid unauthorized data changes.
