Double
walled cabinet made of thickmild steel sheet. There is a gap of about 3.5”
between the walls for insulation and is filled with best quality glass wool. The
door is fitted with chromium plated lock hinges. Movable shelves are of crimp
wire mesh offering minimum resistence to air convection Very officient
ventilation is provided. An anguler thermometer
is fitted above the door hotyzontally for recording the temperature.
The
chamber of the oven is heated by conduction and radiation from continuous
heating elements fitted on the sides and at the bottom of the chamber. The
temperature is controlled by means of thermostat from
500c
to 2500c with an accuracy of about plus or minus 20c. two
pilot lamps and a 3 heat control switch is provided. Designed for operation on
230 volts, single phase AC main.
