FIBRE CLASSIFIER

Bauer McNett Type FIBRE CLASSIFIER is designed to classify the distribution of length of pulp fibre with the help of sieves of different mesh sizes while feeding water. Change in length due to beating can also be measured. The fibre in a pulp suspension are divided into fraction with different mean fibre lengths. The bauer McNett Type Fibre Classifier gives  very low speed in the results with a variation coefficient to less than 1% Different fraction can be produced simultaneously be linking together several units.

Easy to extend when necessary.

If confirms to international Standard TAPPI  T 233 SU-64, scan-m 6:69.

SPECIFICATION :

    Each unit is provided with separate electric motor for driving the rotor.

   All containers are made of stainless steel.

   All units are mounted on M.S. fabricated stand and coated with anti-corrosive paint.

   The primary unit has an inlet funnel with an overflow and a nozzle for a constant water

      Flow rate.

   Fibre collection box with rapid locking device, support wire and section connection.

   Each unit includes a screen frame with sieve designation available  in accordance with

            the ASTM sieve numbers.

   Sieve numbers ASTM 30, 50, 100 and 200 are supplied as standard.

   Dishcharge  of water flow :10.0 , 0.02 litres / minute.

   Sample of pulp 10.0 : 0.05 gram.

   Agitators speed 580 : 25 rpm.

Power Supply 440 : 10% v. 3 phase, 50 Hz, ¼ H.P.
